MN HealthScores is a consumer portal for information on Minnesota health care quality and cost of care. It was developed by Minnesota Community Measurement (MNCM), an Action Group partner. MNCM’s goal is to communicate fair, usable and reliable information about health care quality for use by health care purchasers, consumers and providers.

Quality, value, results, respect. These four words are at the heart of health care. Through MN HealthScores, patients can view and compare HealthScores ratings in several categories:

• Clinics
• Hospitals
• Medical groups
• Cost of care
